1. Use of the Application

Geoshub Mobile is designed to help professionals collect, manage, and synchronize geoscience and business process data. The app works offline and syncs when internet connectivity is available.

You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Account and Authentication

Some features may require authentication via Google Sign-In. By connecting your Google account, you authorize us to access specific data from your account (e.g., upload to your Google Drive) as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not store your login credentials or Google Drive data.

3. Google Drive Integration

The App uses Google Drive API to:

• Upload files you collect (e.g., images, audio, form data) into your Google Drive
• Create folders under your account for organized storage

You retain full ownership and control over your Google Drive files. The app will not share your data without your consent.

4. Offline Usage

The majority of the application operates offline. You are responsible for syncing your data to your Google Drive or other backup methods when connectivity is available.

We are not liable for data loss due to lack of synchronization or device-related issues.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the app are the intellectual property of PT Intechgrasi Global Teknologi, unless otherwise noted.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app without prior written permission.

6. Limitations of Liability

We strive to provide a reliable and secure application, but we do not guarantee that the app will always function without error or interruption.

In no event shall we be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the app, including data loss, business interruption, or unauthorized access.

7. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after such changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
